Here’s how to get started with AccuPax:

If you have questions or you’re not sure your information is complete, we’re here to help. Sign-up by phone so we can answer your questions as we go. This is your health we’re talking about, so we’ll be thorough, but we’ll do everything we can to make sign-up quick and easy for you. If you can gather some information before you call us, sign-up will be a breeze. (And if you don’t have everything on this short list, not to worry – we’ll help track it down for you.)

  • Your insurance card
  • Your current prescriptions
  • Contact info for your Doctor(s)
  • The credit or debit card you’d like to use for your standard co-pay, and the $15 monthly charge for packaging & shipping.

Once we have your information your work here is done. We do everything else. We call your doctors to get new prescriptions for you. We call your insurance company for you and confirm your coverage. Then we work with everyone to adjust your prescriptions so they all start on the same day and we make sure your insurance covers it, even during the transition. After you sign-up, we take care of refills and new prescriptions for you, on an ongoing basis. We call your doctors for refills before you run out. If your doctor changes or adds a prescription, you can have them send it directly to us.
